Mage / Lock / Priest

Mage/Lock/Priest is a caster cleave that wins through crowd control and sustained magic damage. Polymorph + Fear chains control two targets while DoTs + Frostbolt burst the third. Mana Burn adds a secondary win condition. This comp has incredible CC depth but lacks physical damage — teams that stack magic resist or have strong dispels can be problematic.

General Strategy

Poly one, Fear another, kill the third. Keep DoTs on everything. Mana Burn the enemy healer between kill attempts. Counterspell + Spell Lock for double interrupt coverage. This comp is all about CC rotation — never let all three enemies play at the same time.

vs WLD (Warrior / Lock / Druid)

Warrior trains your Mage — must kite. Poly Druid, Fear Warrior, kill Warlock. Counterspell Druid heals. Difficult because Warrior uptime is hard to prevent.
