Warrior / Druid / Priest

Warrior/Druid/Priest is the ultimate attrition comp. Double healer means you are nearly impossible to kill, while the Warrior provides consistent MS pressure and the Priest adds Mana Burn as a secondary win condition. This comp wins by outlasting everything — you slowly drain the enemy healer's mana with Mana Burn while the Warrior applies unavoidable MS pressure. Games go long but you rarely lose once you understand the mana war.

General Strategy

Your gameplan: Warrior trains a target with MS. Druid heals the Warrior and Cyclones. Priest Mana Burns the enemy healer and provides backup healing. You win when the enemy healer goes OOM from dealing with MS pressure while being Mana Burned. This takes time — 5-10 minute games are normal.

Target selection: train whoever the enemy healer has to heal the most. Usually the enemy DPS. The Warrior's MS debuff forces the healer to spend more mana per heal. Meanwhile, the Priest Burns 1200+ mana per successful cast. After 5-6 Burns, most healers are crippled.

Warrior Role

Same as any Warrior comp — MS uptime, Hamstring, Intercept. Your kill pressure comes from sustained damage, not burst. You rarely pop Recklessness — save it for when the enemy healer is OOM or CC'd. Peel for your healers when needed. Intimidating Shout into Cyclone for CC chains.

Druid Role

Primary healer. HoTs on the Warrior, Cyclone enemy DPS or healer. Drink aggressively — with two healers, there is always a window to drink. Feral Charge to interrupt enemy casts. You enable the Priest to Mana Burn by handling the healing load solo during Burn windows.

Priest Role

Mana Burn is your primary job. Position to LoS enemy DPS while reaching the enemy healer. Burn on cooldown. Backup heal with Flash Heal and Shield when the Druid is CC'd. Pain Suppression the Warrior during enemy burst. Mass Dispel to strip key buffs. Offensive dispel HoTs off Warrior's target.

vs WLD (Warrior / Lock / Druid)

Even matchup. Mana Burn the Druid while your Warrior trains the Warlock. Cyclone the enemy Warrior. Long game — your Mana Burn vs their DoT pressure. Dispel Curse of Tongues off your Priest.

Both double healer. Your Mana Burn wins the attrition war. Burn the Paladin — Druid is harder to burn (drinks freely). Warrior trains the Hunter. Extremely long games.
